About the job Telco Networks Program Manager: We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney to lead E2E Program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country. The Program Manager will be accountable for end-to-end delivery and will lead a team of project professionals. Extensive (5 to 10 years) program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects. Customer-facing engagements and reporting weekly on progress of delivery, addressing risks and opportunities in a collaborative way, both internally and externally. Proactively drive the required outcomes and manage the delivery schedule, including baseline, forecast, and actual dates. Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships, and manage the budget. Address project communication and report on progress and issues while maintaining business partner relationships to encourage a positive work environment. Manage project risks and opportunities operationally and commercially. Implement delivery targets with a quality and first-time-right approach, with a continual improvement mindset to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes. Should have excellent competence and experience in program management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes.
