The Client: Work for one of the nations largest Commercial Real Estate agencies! The Role Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide technical and operational process support Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have: Strong communication skills & attention to detail Strong financial acumen Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance; Experience with NABERS and BEEC - advantageous Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills Benefits Attractive hourly rate Supportive working environment & culture Great location Please call Georgia Russell on 0452 220 609 for more information or email your CV to .
