Great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique Manly-based agency on a temporary part-time basis for approximately 5 months.About the Role: Manage a small portfolio of 65 properties - end-to-end Work 3 days per week, Monday & Wednesdays required with flexibility on which third day Conduct routines, ingoing, and outgoing inspections Coordinate maintenance and repairs Hold occasional Saturday morning open homes when properties become vacant in the portfolio Candidate Requirements: Preferably living on the Northern Beaches Strong previous residential property management experience Certificate of Registration minimum Car and driver's licence Strong written and verbal communication skills Available for training on Monday, 24th March 2025, work to start on Monday 7th of April Able to commit for 5 months, with potential to extend Benefits: Weekly pay Flexibility on start and finishing times to suit your schedule Local Manly location Small boutique portfolio Apply via SEEK with your CV and a short paragraph about yourself.
