Your Role Temporary Strata Manager Assistant / Administrator Looking to use your strata management skills, but don’t want to manage a full portfolio? This role is to offer help to a growing Strata portfolio and provide administrative in-house assistance to a mixed-use & well-maintained portfolio. All handovers are guided by the current Strata Manager, and software training is available. Previous software knowledge of Strata Master & Smarter is beneficial however. Top Hourly Rates Immediate start! Weekly Pay! No after hours AGMs or meetings Your Position, but not limited to: Assist a Senior Strata Manager with 1x mixed-use portfolio: 38 schemes, 300 lots. Assist with receipting, reconciliations - Can be outsourced if you are not experienced with this - Bonus if you can!
