They are an international market leader, with a stellar reputation. They deliver projects within a diverse range of industries including the oil & gas, renewable energy, mining, utilities and industrial sectors. Position The position of Tender and Contracts Manager has now become available. This position will lead and manage the company's project tender bids throughout the Australasia region. The role is responsible for the development and compiling of winning tender and project proposals. The role will identify tender/project opportunities and then uncover and allocate the necessary requirements needed to submit a winning proposal. You will collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders, with the ultimate responsibility of managing and owning all functions of a bid submission from end to end. Candidate To be considered for the position, the below criteria is required: Experience within the renewable energy and infrastructure sector 5+ years' experience managing bid/tender proposals Knowledge and understanding of public and private sector tender requirements Highly consultative in bringing together resources from all areas of the business to develop bid and quotation proposals The role is a senior member of the executive management team in Australia and as such we are seeking candidates who have great leadership skills and long-term career ambition.
