Tenders Manager, Medical/Safety, South Eastern Suburbs Strong career growth potential Market Leader- safety and medical products that save lives Circa $145K plus super & potential $10K bonus The Company Our client is a leading international provider of safety and medical equipment and is seeking a talented and competent Tenders Manager to join this well established and growing business. The Role: Reporting directly to the Customer Delivery & Business Excellence Manager, this role will keep you busy, challenged, learning, and contributing! The Tenders Manager oversees the tendering process from the identification of opportunities through to the submission of bids. Management of the contract negotiations, administration post-award, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements are all necessary components of the role. This opportunity requires a team player who ideally comes from a medical or safety/technical environment, is a strategic thinker with outstanding organisational and communication skills, and can work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. The Successful Tenders Manager? Attitude, outlook, and mindset are all critical, and the successful candidate will back these up with: Study in Contract Law or business is a bonus. Strong and effective stakeholder engagement; experience collaborating with multiple business units. 3-5 plus years’ experience in a Tenders management position would be ideal. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. A high level of compliance and attention to detail. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Be highly organised, have a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency. Leadership experience to support and develop the team. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is super organised, has strong business acumen and attention to detail, and who wants a challenging and busy role.
