About the Role: As a Territory Manager – Urology , you will play a pivotal role in driving success within the Urology Team. This permanent, full-time position covers Perth's leading private and public hospitals in the WA territory. Key Responsibilities: Manage the urology surgical portfolio for WA Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Hospital staff. Collaborate with Urologists to plan, implement, and support complex surgical procedures. Provide case support and on-call support in operating theatres when required. Deliver expert advice to surgeons on surgical protocols and products. Work closely with a supportive local and national team. About YOU: We are seeking a highly motivated professional with: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical device sales, including theatre exposure. Strong working knowledge of Australian theatre protocols. Tertiary qualifications in science, nursing, or healthcare (essential). A strategic mindset with proven sales capabilities. Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Technical expertise and familiarity with complex surgical environments. What’s on Offer?
