Territory Manager/Sales Representative - Spare Parts (We encourage applications from all gender) We are looking for a driven and experienced Territory Manager/Sales Representative (m/f/x) to lead the growth of our Asphalt Plant Spare Parts division. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for technical solutions, and enjoy building lasting customer relationships—this could be the role for you! Whilst the intention is to base this role in the North Brisbane region , the role will involve regular travel across Oceania. What’s in it for you? A leadership role with career progression opportunities A key position in a growing, innovative company A mix of office, fieldwork, and travel across Oceania Work directly with the Managing Director and a supportive team Your Role & Responsibilities: Conduct on-site plant inspections across Oceania Provide expert parts interpretation and guide customers on the best solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships , upselling products & services Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to drive efficiency Liaise with OEM factories and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations Lead the internal sales and admin support team Assist with inventory management, forecasts, and budgets Develop and execute strategies for business growth What You Bring: 4+ years experience in mineral processing, asphalt, or bituminous production Strong communication skills —confident in managing customer relationships at all levels A commitment to safety leadership and understanding of risk assessments Ability to work independently , solve problems, and drive results Computer literacy (Microsoft Office required; SAP 4Hana or Simpro highly desirable) White Card & Forklift license (essential) Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights If you're ready for an exciting new challenge and a long-term career opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
