About the Opportunity We are seeking a Test Analyst for a six-month maximum-term role with our TBH Dynamics team to support the Dynamics 365 project. While the position is preferably based in Sydney, we are open to candidates working from Melbourne or Brisbane. As our Test Analyst you will be responsible for creating comprehensive test cases to ensure 100% coverage of D365 modules (Project Operations and FinOps) and business processes, including edge cases and boundary conditions. You will also validate data and process flows between D365 and integrated systems, identifying and documenting defects, and tracking them to resolution. Additional duties include assisting end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), writing detailed UAT test cases, preparing test data, and collaborating with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve test coverage. As part of this opportunity you may also contribute to test automation by creating or maintaining scripts using tools like Selenium or other frameworks. What You'll Bring As our successful candidate you'll bring; 5-8 years of experience in testing enterprise applications, with at least 1-2 years of experience specifically focused on Dynamics 365 would be beneficial. Extensive experience in testing IT projects involving data migration and integrations across large scale D365 systems implementations or similar SaaS implementations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Sales, Project Operations. Demonstrated proficiency in using test management tools including Azure DevOps for test case design, execution and reporting. Experience in testing integrations between D365 and third-party applications, databases, or legacy systems. Knowledge of defect lifecycle management from identification, reporting, and prioritization to resolution. High proficiency in various testing phases of a project including functional, integration, system testing, regression testing and coordinating user acceptance testing.
