Test Manager| Test Lead (SAP) FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading force in IT and digital consultancy, delivering tailored solutions to Australia's top businesses. We're seeking Test Manager with experience working in Supply chain, Procurement or Distribution space. 12 Months contract Brisbane based, Hybrid position The Test Lead will be defining, implementing, and managing testing activities for the project. The role encompasses both hands-on testing and test management responsibilities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. Technical Requirements Develop test plans and test execution approach for the project scope items in accordance with the Digital Testing Strategy. Manage the end-to-end testing process for assigned major projects, including development, approval and execution of test plans, progress and exit reporting and achievement of all testing milestones Analyse test requirements and approach for the change initiative, estimating the test effort, resourcing and scheduling requirements for input into the larger project estimates and considerations to constraints of time, cost and quality Ensure risks associated with testing are enunciated and understood by relevant project stakeholders including project manager/s, colleagues and assigned testing staff. Provide leadership and coordinate the activities of all testing resources during each testing phase of project or program of projects to ensure delivery of project requirements Collaborate effectively, managing information and confidentiality requirements across Energy Queensland Limited in accordance with applicable ring-fencing parameters. Essential Criteria Five or more year's experience as a Test Lead or Manager Recognised Testing methodology accreditation Self-starter to develop test plans, and the execution approach, in line with the broader Test strategy. SAP upgrade experience preferred Experience creating project master and execution/phase level test plans and test cases from requirements and/or technical documentation Previous exposure to supply chain management business processes, particularly within SAP systems Demonstrated ability and confidence to quickly learn new or unfamiliar domains or subject matter areas Micro Focus ALM (Quality Centre) skills, or similar Strong ability to foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure successful test planning and delivery Why Join FinXL?
