Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales Person to join our Trade Department at our Willetton head office. Role Overview As a Trade Counter Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your role will involve facilitating sales at the trade counter, quoting and pursuing new sales opportunities, processing and loading orders, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Your interaction with tradespeople and your organisational skills will be crucial to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities Process Sales transactions Internal face-to-face counter sales Over the phone enquiries Internal stock transfers between stores Account Maintenance Customer ServiceAssist customers at the trade counter with their sales or service needs. Provide advice on our products and services. Maintain product knowledge. AdministrationEnter sales & quotes into our POS system. Process purchase orders and receipting of goods. General administration duties. Requirements 2+ years of experience in retail, trade, or customer sales/service roles. Previous experience dealing with tradespeople is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and/or independently. Previous air conditioning or building industry experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
