About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trade Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for trade customers, supporting them with their needs and providing excellent service both face to face and via outbound calls. You'll play a key part in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Tasks and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries face to face and via outbound calls, providing expert service advice and solutions. Identify sales opportunities and proactively engage customers to promote relevant products and services. Process work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Report to your Manager on your progress daily. Skills & Experience Previous experience in trade sales, customer service, or telesales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships. A strong sales-driven mindset and the ability to work towards targets. Confident and professional telephone manner for outbound calls. Ability to understand and meet customer needs with a solution-oriented approach. Knowledge of the industry or similar product sectors would be a bonus, though not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
