Could you be the full-time onsite Train Performance Engineer in Bellevue, AU we’re looking for? Your future role: Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure that our trains meet the highest performance standards, fulfilling customer expectations and adhering to strict regulatory requirements within the framework of the Perth Metronet Project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System Engineers, Sub-Systems Engineers, and the Chief of Development), lead the conversion of complex requirements into actionable train level specifications, and much more. We’ll look to you for: Ensuring conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements & specifications, Compliance to requirements during validation, Deriving requirements & specifications at Sub-system level and ensuring consistency and compatibility between all Sub-system specifications, Allocating requirements and specifications to Sub-systems and ensuring design convergence toward specific targets.
