We have an amazing opportunity for a to join our team in Maroochydore. The training period will be between 6-12 months and will involve on the job training and mentoring with experienced Business Managers, in addition to completion of the Autopact Business Manager Training program. What is the role of an Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialist? Lead Management – assisting the sales team to contact all clients who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Assisting the sales team with negotiation and closing of sales. Assisting our valued clients to purchase a vehicle by arranging their Finance. Meeting KPI’s for the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products. End to end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement). Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Who are we looking for? The successful candidates will demonstrate the following: Highly self-motivated and financially driven. Passionate about achieving success in the role, whilst also being committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills. The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers. It is envisaged you will have a background in sales and/or banking, finance, or insurance industries. Strong sales and negotiation skills. A high standard of personal presentation. The ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment. A reliable vehicle and open Australian drivers licence is required.
