Job Description

PICA Group are now looking for a Trainee Strata Manager to join our All Strata Services team based in a convenient location in Tuggerah’s Business park. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include the following: Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters. Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future. Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up. Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws. Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building. About you: You have a strong focus on the importance of fostering positive client relationships. You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters. You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and others) success. You are well organized, able to juggle competing priorities.
