No fluffy stuff here - just proven strategies backed by solid research. The Role We're looking for another world class facilitator / trainer (i.e. Inventiologist) to join our team for an ASAP start. You'll be travelling across Australia (and occasionally beyond), delivering programs that help organisations level up their innovation, productivity, and wellbeing game. You'll Love This Role If: Standing in front of a room full of (oftentimes) corporate folks makes you feel alive You've got 2+ years of facilitation experience under your belt (and lots of workshops) Your brain is like a sponge - you can absorb new content quickly and explain it in ways that actually make sense You get excited about translating scientific concepts into practical strategies Living out of a suitcase sounds more exciting than scary (you could be travelling interstate every 1-2 weeks, or even more frequently in busy periods) The idea of working with a team of psychology/science enthusiasts makes you geek out The Must-Haves: Proven track record in corporate training and facilitation Experience delivering both virtual and in-person workshops A relevant background in psychology, behavioural science, innovation, or related field (or equivalent experience) The ability to think on your feet and adapt content to different audiences A knack for making complex concepts digestible and engaging Exceptional presentation and communication skills Bonus Points For: Experience in innovation, productivity, or wellbeing training A terrible habit of sharing "did you know?" facts about human behaviour The ability to quote scientific studies in casual conversation What We Can Offer You: The Gift of the Fifth - our take on work-life harmony with a four-day work week A generous 5.5 weeks of annual leave (we give our team a bonus 1.5 weeks over Christmas that doesn't eat into your standard 4 weeks of leave) Love work from home?
