Job Description
Who is "Finisher"? A Finisher is a seasoned, experienced truck driver who helps new drivers complete their training and become fully road-ready. Why work as a Finisher? Respect and networking with future professionals. Earn + 23CPM per mile while dispatched with a student, making 70-76CPM according to your experience + Detention $16/hour + layover $125 a day + per diem Hotel reimbursement, up to $75 , for each training period. Solo dispatch only with students, no teaming required. Paid 2-day Finisher class must be successfully completed ($360: $180 a day, 2 days) . Bonus program $500 upon completion of your ninth qualifying student upgrade. What you need to qualify: 6 months of recent OTR experience No safety termination in the last 3 months No DUI or criminal record No SAP (unless Follow-up testing plan complete 2 years ago) No moving violations, citations, or accidents in the last 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
