About the Role We are on the hunt for an engaging Training Consultant to join our Training & Full Service division. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing training strategies that support our clients and enhance their understanding and utilisation of our cutting-edge solutions. Your focus will be on improving client outcomes, fostering collaboration, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Design & Deliver: Create and deliver engaging training plans tailored to client needs, including Strata products and services. Empower Clients: Help clients optimise their processes by leveraging the StrataMax suite and addressing common challenges. Enhance Knowledge: Maintain and update the online client knowledge base, ensuring clear and accessible documentation. Produce Training Videos: Develop, record and produce client training videos. Live Chat Support: Assist clients visiting our online knowledge base with their queries about the software and the online articles. Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to align training strategies with company goals. Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that drive efficiency. Travel: Be ready to visit clients onsite to deliver impactful training sessions. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who embodies our core values and has a passion for excellence. To be successful in this role, you will have: A solid understanding of accounting practices, supported by either bookkeeping experience or a degree in accounting. Minimum of 5 years experience working with StrataMax software. Minimum of 3 years training experience. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and online systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to inspire and train others effectively. A willingness to travel to support our clients. Strata industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential. Why Join Us?
