Working alongside business leaders, you’ll drive impactful training initiatives that not only meet compliance requirements but also inspire continuous growth and performance across the organisation. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development programs that support the ongoing growth of our staff. Coordinate and manage logistics for workshops, develop and customise training content, and facilitate programs to meet mandatory compliance requirements. Oversee new team member onboarding and lead the induction program to ensure a seamless integration into the organisation. Administer the Learning Management System (ELMO) and track progress. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and produce detailed reports to measure outcomes. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality training delivery. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Training & Development, HR, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the disability services sector. Proven expertise in developing and delivering training strategies, content, and programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, with ELMO being highly desirable. A valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Clearance.
