Job Title Transaction Analyst Job Description Summary The purpose of the Transaction Management Analyst role is to provide robust financial modelling and analysis, evaluation of client leasing options through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentations to ensure the best possible transactions outcomes are achieved. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations based on facts and data. Conduct robust financial modelling for shortlist opportunities. Assist in the preparation of client presentation documents. Manage and update the Lease Outcomes/Savings reports. Prepare Market Assessments and Lease Summaries of key lease terms. Assist in the reporting of KPI’s. Monitor and analyse key demographic and economic trends within an assigned geographic market. Report on key developments and forward-looking insights to Leasing Executive/s and Transaction Manager/s. Assist the team with any ad-hoc client general reporting requests. Collect market and comparable evidence of leased sites. Manage and update the Critical Date reports within the MIS to ensure all transactions are appropriately captured and updated. Background and Experience Recent graduates with a degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Experience in commercial real estate and leasing desirable. Market knowledge within given geographical area desirable. Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships. Qualifications & Technical Skills Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance or a business-related discipline preferred. Occupation Specific Capabilities: Attention to Detail.
