About The Role To continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled Transformation and Innovation Manager to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis. Working out of our Regional Office in Tiwi with flexibility for remote work , this role will be responsible for the design, planning and delivery of the ARRCS ‘LIFE’ model and other major projects within the Clinical Governance team that works towards the continued delivery of person-centered care within our Aged Care facilities. This role attracts an annual salary of $130,000 gross base + salary packaging.This role will see you working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in the management of facilities that reflect a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers. Skills & Experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor or post graduate qualifications in project management or similar, and experience working in health or aged care. Proven record of achievement, experience and leadership at an organisational level particularly in areas of project and change management. Ability to develop robust project management frameworks, plans and progress and risk reporting. Evidence to support capability to challenge the status quo, overcome barriers to change and promote new ways of working. Demonstrated ability in the design, implementation and evaluation of leadership development programs including enthusiasm for working with others to develop their clinical leadership potential. Sound organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines whilst dealing with competing demands. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires including smaller commercial planes. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays within Northern Territory.
