About the Role The Marketing Innovation Manager is a pivotal role that combines the responsibilities of developing and enhancing marketing capabilities within the organisation while leading market digital data strategies. This position involves managing a team of omnichannel marketing professionals to ensure the effective execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will: Develop and implement marketing capability strategies to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing capabilities with overall business objectives. Identify and address skill gaps within the marketing team, and develop training programs and resources to close those gaps, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring the team is continuously learning and evolving. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and deliver measurable results. Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Lead strategic data partnership strategy with various global or local eCommerce platforms, Data vendors and Technology partners, managing costs across campaigns. Design, develop, and deploy KPI goals and dashboards to increase efficiency and improve the effectiveness of digital media spend across all brands. About you? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of leadership, capability development, and digital transformation. You’ll also have; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Science. Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and marketing analytics. Proven track record of developing and enhancing marketing capabilities within an organisation. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with econometric modelling (i.e., Multi-Touch Attribution, A/B Testing, etc.). Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus. Why join us?
