The Role We’ve just acquired AusChem – a specialist in solvent distribution and specialty chemical solutions in Wetherill Park and are looking to grow the team. Tyre shine, disinfectants, nail polish remover, paints, and coatings are just a few of the consumer goods our raw chemicals help make. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and flexible Transport Coordinator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis and help get our products onto trucks and into production lines. To excel in this role, you will need to have good knowledge of the road freight industry, a strong customer service focus, and attention to detail. The Position Full-time permanent position Organising & writing consignment notes Arranging local, regional, and interstate deliveries and run sheets Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries Customer service and data entry Releasing forward orders Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries Relief in nominating shipments Answering sales/marketing queries and requests General administrative and filing duties for the Logistics department About You Exceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and written Previous experience in Warehouse/Logistics administration, Customer Service, or an office support role, liaising with a variety of people including customers, transport/shipping companies, and across teams/functions Cert I-IV in Logistics/Warehouse Operations desirable Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Flexible and possess the ability to think on your feet Rewards & Benefits Joining a friendly and supportive team at a time of great opportunity and growth Salary package inclusive of 17.5% leave loading Bi-annual company-performance-based bonus Annual salary reviews Secure onsite parking Paid Volunteer Day How To APPLY Apply online through our website Redox is an equal opportunity employer which enjoys the benefit of a diverse team.
