Role Description FreightExchange is hiring a Transport Partner Manager to build trusted relationships across the freight transport & logistics industry, drive customer service excellence and boost sales growth. While we are fully remote, this role requires you to be located in commutable distance to Sydney, Australia. Company Description FreightExchange is a multi-carrier freight management platform. Responsibilities You'll be part of our Sales & Success team focusing on our freight, transport & logistics partner network. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for: Building trusted industry transport & logistics industry relationships Onboarding carriers, couriers, 3PLs, 4PLs, and forwarders to the platform Managing the commercials of our transport & customer pricing Owning performance metrics & leading continuous improvement across the business Delivering great customer service across our partner network through pro-active issue resolution Leading a small customer service and finance team About you We're seeking an Australian based candidate with 5+ years freight & transport experience, in a sales, operations, or commercial role and demonstrated skills in: Transport & freight operations Managing accounts & commercial agreements Negotiations and problem-solving Systems implementation Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
