About the Role As a Treasury Management Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring strong cash flow management and projections. You will work closely with senior leadership to safeguard our financial health, enabling us to continue providing vital services to the community. Key Responsibilities Cash & Liquidity Management – Maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor liquidity, and ensure optimal fund utilization. Financial Risk Management – Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks, including liquidity and interest rate exposure. Banking & Stakeholder Relations – Manage relationships with financial institutions and support financing opportunities. Reporting & Compliance – Provide treasury reports, oversee covenant compliance, and ensure regulatory adherence. About You You are a financial strategist with a keen eye for optimizing cash flow, managing risk, and driving treasury best practices. With a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach , you thrive in dynamic environments where your expertise in liquidity management, investment strategies, and financial forecasting makes a real impact. Education – Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Skills – Advanced financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, investment analysis. Attributes – Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills. Essential Requirements Five years’ experience with financial management within a complex organisation; Experience working in a multi-cost centre and multi company environment; Advanced financial modelling, analysis and scenario-building skills; Ability to communicate financial information effectively and impact the company financial health; Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire; Desired Requirements Demonstrated experience with engaging and influencing colleagues and stakeholders; Experience with treasury management and cashflow projections; Advanced computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; What’s in It for You?
