Turnaround Home Manager , salary negotiable Care Home Manager | Registered Manager | Matron Learning Disabilities | Challenging Behaviours | Nursing Home Job Description: An Interim Turnaround Manager post has become available in a small nursing home in Romford that specializes in providing nursing care to those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Salary: £40,000+ per annum, negotiable on experience Contract: Minimum 3 month contract, with potential for extension Requirements: Must have previous troubleshooting experience Must have a strong understanding of learning disability services Job Reference: JO19409 The successful candidate will be required to ensure the smooth running of the home at all times and to provide the highest quality of care to the home's residents, adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Good communication skills, previous home management experience, and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential. Job Requirements of the Home Manager: Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training, and care planning within the home Organise and motivate the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents Liaise with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members) Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare, and social inclusion of the residents Organise and attend regular staff meetings Ensure the overall smooth, efficient, and effective running of the care home at all times Skills / Qualifications Required: Previous experience as a Home Manager Must hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent Valid NMC PIN - RMN, RNLD desirable but not essential Experience in budgeting and recruitment Passion for learning disability care Proven management and troubleshooting experience Apply TODAY to arrange an interview or call (phone number removed) for more information!
