Job Description
Used Car Administration - Nunawading Toyota Nunawading Toyota has been Victoria’s benchmark Toyota dealership for over 30 years, selling and servicing new passenger and commercial vehicles and quality used vehicles. We are currently seeking an experienced Used Car Clerk to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to control all Used Vehicle Stock in relation to: Processing Used and Wholesale deals Purchasing vehicles into stock Bringing vehicles into stock Vic Roads Duties such as Registration Renewals, Manual Registrations, Transfer, Acquisitions, Plate Swaps, VRO Checks, Client ID Creation. Processing Warranties Ordering of Supplies Reception relief The Used Car Clerk will liaise closely with all Used Car and Accounting staff, and other departments on matters pertinent to the paperwork of the Used Car Department. To be successful in this role, the incumbent shall: Have prior experience in the motor vehicle industry (not essential) Have a sound clerical background Have proficiency in the use of PCs and financial management systems TUNE/Revolution experience preferred (but not essential) In addition, the incumbent must have a well-disciplined approach to work, a high level of accuracy and speed for data input, and the ability to manage time effectively.
