$150,000 – $180,000 + Super on Experience Leading & Managing the VIC Team with View to Expand. Flexible Working, Culture of Collaboration. VIC Ecology Manager to lead and grow a well-established environmental consultancy’s Victorian team. With a strong reputation in the industry and a focus on delivering high-quality ecological services, this role is key to driving business growth and managing a high-performing team. The Role: Lead and manage a team of nine, with plans to expand to 15+. Oversee a mix of flora and fauna projects, with a strong focus on monitoring and restoration. Hybrid role coordinating staff, managing clients, quoting, and project scoping. Major government and private clients, benefiting from strong repeat business. Projects primarily based in Melbourne metro and surrounding areas, with minimal travel. Access to an experienced field crew who support consultants as required.
