Junior Mechanical Engineer dedicated to overseeing mechanical aspects of construction projects, resolving coordination issues, managing subcontractors, and optimizing performance to achieve project milestones within budget. Key responsibilities: Assist in planning, monitoring, and completion of the work packs. Ensure the work is carried out and inspected as per the specified requirements, the construction programme and within budget. Resolve day to day on site construction coordination related issues with the site supervision teams. Manage and support subcontractors. Review performance and identify any inefficiencies or inconsistencies. Coordinate with production/construction supervision to ensure milestones are met. Previous experience in the Construction. Methodical, organised and meticulous with common sense. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to critique, recommend and implement initiatives that seek efficiencies either from a process or systems perspective.
