About the role As a Vehicle Bodybuilder at Major Motors, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of custom vehicle bodies and components. This full-time role is based in our Forrestfield, Western Australia facility, where you will work collaboratively with the manufacturing team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to our automotive clients. What you'll be doing Assemble and weld vehicle bodies and components according to engineering specifications Manufacturing trays, tippers, custom toolboxes and mining vehicle specifications Communicate with the engineering and design teams to understand and execute project requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment What we're looking for Formal qualifications in vehicle bodybuilding, welding or a related trade Demonstrated experience in vehicle fabrication, assembly and modification Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in the use of welding equipment, power tools and other specialised machinery A commitment to workplace safety and quality control Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What we offer At Major Motors, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative and inclusive work environment.
