About the Role Lead, motivate, and coach a team of dedicated sales professionals. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Foster a customer-centric culture with high level post-sale service. Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management. Stay updated with industry developments and new vehicle models. About You Proven experience in automotive sales in a leadership or managerial role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check (Company provided).
