Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr Executive Consultant - Financial Services I am currently recruiting for a Vendor Management position within a large Asset Management business based in both Sydney and Melbourne. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the market data governance framework. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic view of market data vendors and data management processes. Role Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the team’s vendor strategy and governance framework. Manage BAU activities such as query management, service renewals, and vendor reporting. Maintain vendor inventory and costs databases, and report on usage and compliance. Support the Investment Operations & Client Service team with efficient data use. Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools for market data governance. Educate business users on market data governance policies and standards. Previous Background: 5+ years of experience in vendor management and market data services. Proven track record in supporting multi-market data vendor environments. Experience implementing market data governance across the country. Ability to liaise effectively across the business. Experience across a range of internal systems. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in data visualization, report writing, and presentation.
