About the Role The Venue Coordinator is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering front line services to VCAT users, parties in cases and external service providers, providing high quality administrative support through end-to-end processing of applications. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Services, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team, providing customer service to VCAT users and support to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings. Please note we have 2 positions available. One role will primarily be located onsite at the VCAT Frankston community based venue. The second role will require attendance primarily at Frankston and Oakleigh venues. However, travel to any VCAT location, including regional venues and/or CBD locations may be required for both roles. The successful candidate will undertake related induction and first aid officer training as part of their role.
