About Spring Park Golf Course & Dingley Village Adventure Mini Golf Spring Park is home to a 9-hole public golf course and Dingley Village Adventure Mini Golf and attracts over 90,000 attendances per annum. Located in the Sandbelt region, Spring Park Golf Course is a beautiful 9-hole golf course with its botanical garden setting and well-maintained greens and fairways. The ample bunkering and water hazards combine to provide a course that is a challenge for golfers of all levels. Dingley Adventure Mini Golf houses two 18-hole courses; The Chasm and The Creek. These two mini golf courses are uniquely designed to challenge mini golfers of all abilities and provide all year entertainment with an indoor and outdoor course. Adding to the excitement of this role, Spring Park is currently in the process of planning to improve the pro-shop and café amenities and the facilities branding which will increase our guest experience. The Role The ideal person will have Venue Management experience and a proven record in hospitality. You will be business savvy and passionate about retaining your current members and guests and acquiring new business through your new hospitality services. Reporting to the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be empowered to create exceptional guest experiences, lead your team with the values of the organisation, and deliver financial results to the business, whilst being a hands-on visible Manager to guests and community. To actively contribute to Belgravia’s vision of Connecting Community to Leisure by: Ensuring our Members and Guests have an exceptional experience and create connection to the local region Team recruitment, development and training to build an exceptional team Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement In consultation, develop and operate within departmental budgets through income generation, wage control and effective stock and cost controls of all departments Create a strong team culture reflected through exceptional guest experiences and team engagement Utilise the central resources and support structure to ensure company alignment to process and systems Work with the specialist areas of Belgravia to ensure you are supported from a centralised specialist team allowing you to focus on the key accountable areas What you will bring Prior experience in managing recreation venues or golf venues that operate hospitality services Ability to formulate an overall operational strategy, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operation of Spring Park. Demonstrated and extensive working knowledge and a passion for Food and Beverage operations. Ability to ensure that guest engagement and satisfaction is maintained at the highest standards by introducing unique and memorable experiences Proven financial management acumen to deliver the targets and goals of all stakeholders A sound knowledge in mitigating risk and understanding of workplace health & safety You will understand the importance of engaging with the community and local region Employee engagement skills and the ability to motivate and lead your team The right to live/work in Australia and currently reside in Australia About Belgravia Leisure Belgravia Health & Leisure Group currently partners with more than 40 Local and State Government authorities, employs over 4,500 staff in approximately 100 swim, sports, fitness, tourism, health & wellness and leisure facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
