Job Description Our Palm Beach Clinic is looking for a Vet Director to join their existing team of Vets and Nurses in their purpose-built clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast. Our team is a hard-working group that follows an “all hands in” approach. We value initiative, learning, and accountability and are always looking to provide gold standards of patient care to our clients. We are equipped with ultrasound and digital x-ray facilities, IM3 dental machine, dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, two consultation rooms, and a sterile theatre. We have a long-standing and established client base who are loyal to our team and have built great trusting relationships over the years. About You You’re ready to lead a team of like-minded and passionate veterinary professionals. You’re searching for a depth of support in running a practice and, of course, continuing your education and development at the same time. You’re a veterinarian with at least 4 years of clinical experience and registration to work in Australia (or eligibility for vet registration in Australia). You have previous management experience or the desire to learn and grow into a leadership role with full support and mentoring.
