We are looking for a Part Time Veterinary Nurse to join the team at our North Ringwood Clinic! Greencross Vets North Ringwood is a long-standing practice with an inclusive and cohesive team and a very loyal and trusting client base that really value our team and their advice. We are a stand-alone clinic with four consult rooms, theatre, a treatment space, separate dog and cat wards, x-ray, ultrasound, and in house lab equipment! About Your New Job: Part time role - min. 20 hours per week Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment Providing great customer service in person and over the phone, including booking appointments and giving advice What You’ll Bring: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 2+ years clinical nursing experience Applicants must be confident with surgery An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Strong communication skills A calm and friendly presence with a team player attitude Experience with RXworks advantageous Most importantly, we are seeking a motivated nurse who is interested in furthering their knowledge both as an individual and as part of a team.
