Due to recent growth in its logistics services portfolio, the business is looking to appoint a Vice President Contract Logistics who will be responsible for overseeing this strategy and performance of this division. Reporting to the Regional Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for leading the contract logistics division with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability and cost efficiency across a multi-site warehouse and distribution network. This will include developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence, elevate customer satisfaction and support market expansion. A key part of this role will also be driving continuous improvement programs, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader who brings strong operational and financial acumen, with a proven track record of driving growth in complex logistics environments. You will have excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with deep experience building and maintaining customer relationships to identify growth opportunities and ensure contractual obligations are met. Given the nature of the business, exposure to working within a matrixed environment will be critical. Culture fit will be key. As a leader, you will have the ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams. You will also offer excellent communication skills and a practical approach to building strong relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders to confidently drive initiatives across the business.
