As an experienced Village Manager {VM} or Assistant VM, your management skills are highly developed, you know how to prioritise effectively, and can handle multiple competing requirements. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors, guests, and members of your team. You will have experience in managing profit and loss, and you are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract. In addition, you’re a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP. You can delegate effectively, lead by example, and drive strong performance in safety, finance, and guest experience, according to Civeo and client requirements. Village Management (FIFO/DIDO/remote) experience of 1-2 years Outstanding leadership experience, with the ability to build, grow, and develop a strong team Resilient, determined, and passionate for hospitality Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering Advanced computer literacy, and ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent attention to detail with data, and comfortable with regular reporting Passionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all stakeholders Exceptional time management and organizational skills Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available) Ability to pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate National Police Clearance (with last six months) Valid driver’s license Our sites range from 150 to 3000 people, so we can work with you to find a village that matches your experience and aspirations.
