AV&M specializes in delivering tailored management solutions and has developed an enviable reputation as a leader in the field of vineyard management. About the jobs: We are seeking highly motivated and capable Vineyard Supervisors and Leading Hands to be part of our team in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, you will be a part of leading vineyard operations that are varied and interesting. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of work programs on our Barossa vineyards. These are hands-on roles and will suit experienced applicants who have extensive experience operating vineyard equipment and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. About you: You are keen to build upon your knowledge in viticulture management practices, enjoy variety, working with different machinery and equipment, and where no two days are the same. You are someone who is forward-thinking with a strong work ethic and great time management. You may be experienced, or you may be looking for the next step in your career. You may have relevant qualifications or experience in Agronomy, Viticulture, Business, Agriculture, or Horticulture, but we are good teachers too, so we are keen to hear from anyone who may consider their skills to be transferable to our industry. You have strong experience driving tractors or operating similar machinery. This is an excellent work environment, hands-on and interesting, with the best teams in the business.
