We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to provide exceptional customer service at our summer events. 23rd January, 2025 The opportunity Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort is hosting several summer events during February and March, with the first one 'pedalling off' on the 22-23 February when we host one of Victoria’s premier downhill mountain bike events.To create a memorable experience for our guests we are on the hunt for casual staff who can provide outstanding customer service and knowledge about the resort and region.Are you ready for an adventure like no other? Key Accountabilities: Provide a professional and friendly reception for resort guests and visitors, demonstrating a breadth of resort knowledge and providing access to information and resources. Manage a broad range of administrative and transactional tasks, including handling of documents, information and finance-related matters requiring secure management processes. Support marketing, events and other resort activities with administration and other tasks. What amazing skills and experience will score you this role? Customer service experience Cash handling and end of day reconciliations Available 22-23 February - through March 2025 The successful candidate will be required to: Have full Australian working rights. Currently hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Working with Children Check – Employee type. Have an Australian drivers licence (Victorian licence preferred).
