Responsibilities Customer and Product Engagement: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and destinations Provide exceptional communication support through phone, email, and customer interactions Maintain and nurture relationships with both clients and suppliers Operational Coordination: Manage the end-to-end booking delivery process with precision attention to detail Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all trip preparations Implement and track changes to product logistics and itineraries Update product costs and website information to ensure current and accurate representation Process customer payments and supplier invoices with meticulous attention to detail Administrative and Support Functions: Maintain robust databases and comprehensive record-keeping systems Support colleagues by sharing product knowledge and cross-training Collaborate closely with Destination Consultants to streamline booking processes Provide administrative support to the Team Manager in back-office operations Adapt to evolving operational needs and undertake additional tasks as required Key Qualities: Exceptional organisational skills Strong communication abilities Customer-centred approach Flexibility and willingness to support team objectives This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and enjoys being the behind-the-scenes orchestrator of memorable travel experiences.
