If you don't see an opportunity in your area, please call 1800 79 33 99 or email Job Description We are currently seeking a Social Volunteer to spend time enjoying the great outdoors and the sunshine with residents in care at HammondCare Caulfield, followed by a visit to the coffee cart for a refreshment. You'll be helping to maintain residents' mobility as well as their healthy wellbeing and confidence as you take in the sights of the broader grounds. No fitness level is required as this is a social outing with light-paced exercise. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit and for yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
