Job Description
Liaise closely with customers and operations team on order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment-related activities. The individual will be working closely with the operations team to provide information/feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate with customers to resolve all issues. Generate KPIs and transactional reports to internal and external customers on a timely basis, verifying vendor invoices and liaising with vendors for any discrepancies is an important part of the job requirements. The individual is also expected to monitor the usage of warehouse supplies and raise POs for replenishment. Coordinate the urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters to ensure the accuracy and timely update of system transactions. At the top of this career stream, individuals work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems whilst maintaining compliance with the Company's policies and procedures. A colleague at this level performs work that is based on routines, and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions. Colleagues perform highly specific tasks of limited scope and responsibility that have well-defined processes and procedures and readily available instructions. The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area, and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment. Works under close supervision.
