Key Responsibilities Include: Oversee and manage the picking and packing of orders to ensure 100% accuracy. Supervise the packing and loading of delivery vehicles. Ensure accurate stock processing to guarantee timely and correct delivery of customer orders. Deliver excellent customer service to external wholesale customers and maintain store relationships Manage and supervise a team, with responsibilities including but not limited to recruitment, rostering, and ensuring optimal team performance. Conduct regular and planned stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Health & Safety regulations. Regularly inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all are operating safely and efficiently. Consistently follow and enforce company procedures and policies to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role. A strong, reliable work ethic with a steady and consistent work history. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with a high standard of accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within tight efficiency and quality parameters. A collaborative team player who works well with others. Availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm A valid police check within the last 12 months.
