Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Ensure proper inventory management through accurate stock tracking and periodic audits. Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows to optimize space utilization and productivity. Maintain compliance with safety and security protocols to safeguard personnel and inventory. Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability for construction projects. Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Generate reports on inventory levels, warehouse activities, and performance metrics. Job Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
