Job Description
Waste Industry Driver - Sideloader vehicle Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste and recycling services throughout Australia. We are seeking casual drivers to operate sideloading waste collection vehicles for our weekend street litter services, based at our depot in North Plympton SA. As a part of our Solo team, you will benefit from: A competitive base hourly rate with an opportunity for overtime; Company uniform and PPE items provided; On the job training with experienced operators; Driving reliable, safe, well maintained vehicles; A professional, team oriented work environment; To be successful in this role you must: Be available to work weekends; Have a HR licence as a minimum; Have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview); Be available to start early in the mornings; Be reliable, honest and a team player; Be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice; Possess good communication skills; Have good attention to detail; Have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm. In accordance with our Company’s recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test.
