We are currently seeking a casual Enrolled Nurse Central Coast Region Practice Nurse Casual Employment Applications close 13/03/2025 We are currently seeking a casual EN to conduct patient health assessments, Chronic disease management and to also work in our busy treatment room when required. Experience preferred, but not essential. Role: Conducting patient assessments, creating care plans, and health screening with focus on GPMP, ATSI checks Managing recall and reminder lists for Chronic Disease Management. Supporting GPs and collaborating with Allied Health professionals Working in the treatment room when required. Must have a current unconditional registration with AHPRA Demonstrate outstanding work ethic, organisational and time management skills Experience with Best Practice software Experience in Chronic Disease Management Experience in General Practice Supportive work environment with a focus on professional development and career growth On-the-job training Being part of holistic care for our patients' outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
