As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Wholesale & Retail Sales Representative to introduce our brand to new markets and drive retail partnerships. About the Role As a Wholesale & Retail Sales Representative , you will be responsible for expanding our retail and wholesale presence by developing strong relationships with businesses, including toy stores, gift shops, museum stores, and educational suppliers. This commission-based role is ideal for a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in wholesale or B2B sales. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, generate leads, and maximise earnings based on performance. Key Responsibilities Account Management and Customer Relations Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key decision-makers. Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrations to help clients understand the value of CMY Cubes. Ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and customer support to enhance client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for business accounts, handling inquiries and providing solutions. Sales and Business Development Identify and secure new retail and wholesale opportunities to expand CMY Cubes’ distribution network. Leverage existing industry connections and networking strategies to generate leads and close sales. Use product expertise to upsell and increase order values. Attend trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings to build brand awareness and establish partnerships. Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, demand trends, and potential opportunities. Set and achieve sales targets, consistently reporting progress and results to the leadership team. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role. Strong network of retail buyers, wholesalers, or decision-makers in the toy, gift, or educational product industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups. Experience with CRM tools and order management systems is preferred. Bonus Points If You: Have an existing network of retail buyers, wholesalers, or industry contacts. Have experience attending trade shows and networking events. Are familiar with order management software and CRM tools.
