Opportunity for an experienced Wills and Estates Solicitor to join this stand out firm located on the Gold Coast. The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills and Estates Solicitor to join our client's team. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Wills and Estates Planning (including estate litigation and contested Wills and Estates), ability to act independently and also in a team. The role will suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to work in an environment where they can make a difference to their clients, in a supportive working environment. The role will involve contributing excellent technical and client skills in the following areas: Preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian Administration of Estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration Conducting Contested Wills and Estates Litigation including Family Provision Claims, Rectification of Wills and Probate Litigation generally Advising on Estate Planning Essential Criteria: 3 plus years PAE Demonstrate initiative, be able to work independently and have excellent organisational skills Be a confident and empathetic communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Have pride in your work and demonstrate attention to detail Be prepared to learn and further your career by undertaking ongoing training and engaging with senior staff and partners An attractive, competitive salary package is on offer based upon candidate’s experience.
