Scots All Saints College is a Presbyterian Co-educational Day and Boarding College Preparatory to Year 12. Key Responsibilities Instruct students on fundamental skills and foster player development within a fun, inclusive, and safe environment. Selection Criteria Experience working with young adolescents, ideally in a school setting. Understanding of mentoring, supporting, and encouraging players. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Engaging and enthusiastic coaching style with effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of abilities across various age groups. Flexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environment. An understanding of WHS responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions. Appropriate skills and qualifications relating to your chosen sport. Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain prior to start date). Current Working with Children clearance (or a willingness to obtain prior to start date).
